We ask you to put your questinons about special programs or topics around MP3 directly into the Forum. There are many requests and questions every day and we can't handle them all, because our time of course limited. In the Forum there are many experts who answer your questions really fast.
If there's no other way, you can send us an eMail and we'll try to help you.
Where do you find things?
Most questions are answered by the manuals and help files in the Infocenter. We didn't translate the whole Infocenter so far, but we'll try to offer more information soon. May be your question has already been answered in our Forum , so check it out and search through the Forum.
